Terms of Service

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the ChatGee service provided by Synapply ("the Company"), including all related services (collectively referred to as "the Service"). By agreeing to these Terms, users can access the services without separate agreements.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

Terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

  • - Website: The website operated by the Company to provide the Service, ‘https://www.chatgee.com’.
  • - Member: A user who has entered into an agreement under these Terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
  • - ID: A combination of characters and numbers chosen by the Member and approved by the Company for identification and service use.
  • - Password: A combination of characters and numbers selected by the Member for the protection of their confidentiality on the communication network.
  • - Content: Includes signs, letters, voices, sounds, images, videos, graphics, colors, and images provided by the Company to Members, and includes the results generated on the Service.
  • - Paid Services: Paid features provided within the Service.

Article 3 (Notification, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms)

The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen of the Service for Members to easily understand. The Company may revise these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws such as the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce," "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions," etc. When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the reason and date of application along with the current Terms on the initial screen from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date. If the Member does not express an intention to refuse by the application date, it is considered as an agreement to the amended Terms. Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretations of these Terms shall follow the relevant laws or commercial practices.

Chapter 2: Service Agreement

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Management)

The user agreement is established when the applicant agrees to these Terms during the registration process and the Company approves the application. Applicants must use their real name and actual information, and only one application is allowed per individual. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not notifying changes in member information.

Article 5 (Acceptance of Application)

The Company may withhold acceptance of membership in cases such as lack of service capacity or technical/business impediments. Membership may be denied for reasons including use of another person’s identity, falsification of information, or activities threatening public order and morals.

Chapter 3: Duties of Contract Parties

Article 6 (Company’s Duties)

The Company must not act against the law or public morals and must strive to provide services continuously and stably as per these Terms. The Company must also secure a security system to protect personal information and handle complaints or opinions raised by Members in a timely manner.

Article 7 (Member’s Duties)

Members must comply with these Terms, notices from the Company, and service guidelines. Members are prohibited from engaging in activities such as falsifying information, unauthorized use of information, disrupting service operations, and infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. Members are responsible for managing their ID, Password, and payment method information.

Chapter 4: Provision and Use of Service

Article 8 (Service Use)

Members can use the Service as per these Terms. The Service is generally available 24/7, except during maintenance or technical disruptions. Members must comply with the Fair Use Policy and select the appropriate plan based on their profession and business size. Misuse may result in account suspension or deletion without a refund.

Article 9 (Paid Services)

The Company may offer part or all of the Service for a fee. Terms of paid services, including refunds and service changes, will be governed by specific policies provided by the Company.
